Every spring Sustainable Food and Farming students take STOCKSCH 485: Capstone in Sustainable Food and Farming. Students investigate a topic of their own interest, conducting research or completing projects. They then present their findings at the annual Massachusetts Undergraduate Research Conference. This page celebrates 8 years worth of student research! The range of topics explored provide an example of the diverse interests of our students.
